Job Description

Our team works with a wonderful school district outside the Greater Chicago area looking for a school psychologist to join their team for the 23/24 school year. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping kids and is committed to providing exceptional services to students K-12th grade.

Requirements
  • Master's Degree in School Psychology
  • Licensed School Psych in the state of Illinois
  • Active PEL License

Caseload Details
  • 23/24 school year
    • August - December
  • K-8th grade caseload
    • 2 school sites
  • Permanent and contracting options are available
  • In-person only
  • Full-time position
    • Between 30-40 hours per week

Job Description:
  • Contribute to program development that further integrates social, coping, and problem-solving in the classroom
  • Participates in the decision-making process to determine appropriate services for all students
  • Facilitates MTSS meetings with the building principal, including individual and grade-level planning meetings.
  • Applies ethics and standards of professional practice in delivering school psychological services and observes relevant laws and policies that govern practice.
