We are a San Francisco-based Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity company that provides IT infrastructure and endpoint management and security, consulting and technology support for private sector companies.
We are hiring for the position of WFH (work from home)Remote L1 Desktop Technicianto resolve Windows and Mac issues for our clientsin financial services, education, nonprofit, consulting, and design industries.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills / experience:
Schedule: Hours are 9AM to 5PM Pacific Time. We don't care where you are located in the USA as long as you can work these hours.
Job Requirements: One to three years experience of Level 1 MSP/desktop support. We support both Windows and Macs. Must be accustomed to typical L1 issues such as printing issues, client application errors, network connectivity issues, SaaS application issues, MS Office problems, email issues, and user onboarding and offboarding. Our clients are mostly M365 and some Google Workspace. Previous experience working for a managed services provider or outsourced IT company preferred.
More: As can be expected, we're looking for someone with a happy work disposition, good phone skills, and a pleasant personality as this is a customer-facing position. You will find that our company has a good work culture, very little turnover of techs and clients, and though we take a serious attitude about our jobs we are not over the top about managing every minute of our technicians' time. We simply expect everyone to do their jobs.
