Senior Test Engineer

• Provide test engineering for Circuit Board Manufacturing and Testing facility.
  
• Manages all aspects of small projects with regular review of senior staff
  
• Perform analysis and troubleshooting of product when not functioning to specifications
  
• Develop testing procedures
  
• Perform test equipment and fixture design responsibilities
  
• Perform maintenance resolution on testing procedures and test equipment
  
• Analyze customer requirements and develop testing pr
• Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
  
• Perform other assignments associated with testing and the test department as required

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in technical writing, and good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical
• BSEE
• 4 years of EE experience
• 10 years Experience with Test Fixture Building
  
  Highly Preferred
  • Prior experience with an ISO environment
  • Understanding of DOE, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) thermal, vibration, and humidity
