Digital Signal Software Engineer

The Role

Must-Have:

BA/BS, MS and/or Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering, physics, applied mathematics, computer science, or related technical discipline. TSC/SCI within the past two years.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client's digital signal processing (DSP) team. You will design and implement complex signal-processing solutions that support a wide range of client applications as a DSP software engineer.

The responsibilities include:

• Develop advanced machine learning algorithms and techniques for radar, electronic warfare, sonar, SIGINT, RF geolocation, and image processing applications.
• Develop faster, more accurate, and more efficient signal processing and machine learning models.
• Developing real-time, field-ready software applications and systems based on signal-processing neural networks.

Minimum requirements:

• An undergraduate degree, master's degree, or Ph.D. in electrical engineering, physics, applied mathematics, computer science, or a related technical discipline is required.
• Relevant, practical experience in digital signal processing and communication theory, including rapidly defining, designing, and integrating architectures for communication and/or radar systems, creating, developing, and implementing signal processing solutions in complex systems, and rapidly prototyping algorithm concepts and ideas.
• An ability to communicate complex technical concepts and conduct literature reviews to determine state-of-the-art technologies, incorporate current research, and apply it to current problems.
• Programming skills in Python or similar scientific computing languages.
• You need to be a United States citizen and able to pass a background check to receive a United States government clearance of Top Secret or higher.
