You will also have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise about biking routes, maintenance tips, and safety guidelines to help customers have a safe and enjoyable biking experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers select the perfect bike, accessories, and gear based on their needs and preferences.
• Perform bike fittings and adjustments to ensure a proper fit and comfortable riding experience for customers.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on biking routes, maintenance, and safety to customers.
• Handle sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including merchandising and restocking inventory.
• Assist with bike assembly, repairs, and maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Passion for biking and extensive knowledge of bikes and biking gear.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for handling sales transactions and inventory management.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on new biking products, technologies, and trends.
• Ability to perform basic bike repairs and maintenance tasks is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
