Responsibilities:
Oversee a specific project or a wide range of different projects from beginning to end through planning and careful preparation.
Will need to Control a variety of projects at different stages of work and be able to prioritize throughout the project cycle
Organize, Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams demonstrating strong leadership ability. Effectively accomplish the scope of contracted work within allotted budget and time schedules. Bringing projects to completion on time and under budget.
Provide exceptional guidance and support to all stakeholders, partners, and team members, through multitasking, detailed reports, and clear communication.
Coordinating and communicating with Construction Manager, Architect, GC to meet requirements
Building & maintaining relationships with Customers, requesting referrals
Managing budgets & schedules so jobs are completed on time
Providing estimates or bids for industrial and commercial HVAC construction, retrofit projects.
Managing projects to achieve milestones
Communicating with with project sponsor, owner & funding board on progress
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or relevant field or equivalent experience
5 + years of Previous experience working in Fire Protection project management, including project management with project success
Demonstrated ability to think critically, analyze, and problem solve to drive results
Able to prioritize and follow up to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and keep timelines, schedules etc organized.
Proactively communicate and resolve issues utilizing negotiation, conflict resolution, and conflict management skills
Will need budgeting experience related to commercial / Industrial Projects $1-5MM or more
Will need to read & understand blueprints / schematics
Physical requirement, move and lift 75 lbs
