Job Description:
- Define project scope, objectives, and requirements, and develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including clients or internal business units.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather software requirements, obtain approvals, and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success, including technical risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Develop and manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, monitoring costs, and optimizing resource allocations.
- Ensure resources, including software development tools and technologies, are utilized efficiently to achieve project objectives.
- Define and implement quality standards for software deliverables, including code, documentation, and testing.
- Manage and communicate changes to software requirements, scope, schedule, and budget.
- Prepare regular project status reports, including progress updates, risks, and issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a software company, managing software development projects.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Proficiency in software development tools, technologies, and project management software.
- Experience in risk management, change management, and quality assurance in software projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional software development teams.
