The company have developed game-changing software that replaces four software subscriptions that up until now have been essential to estate agents. This revolutionary software reduces the tech-sack required, cutting costs and saving time; meaning estate agents are now able to use one platform to generate leads via digital marketing, access market data / intelligence, visualise data and increase volume of instructions. This all-in-one user-friendly prop-tech solution has taken the market by storm and just over 1 in 2 agents that have received product demonstrations have bought a subscription.
The Role of Business Development Manager
This is totally remote role / home / field based. Our client are looking for a strong sales candidate from within the property or prop-tech industry that has strong existing relationships with Estate Agents. As Business Development Manager, you will target at first 1-10 branch Estate Agents booking appointments to demonstrate prop-tech software. You will be tasked with delivering a clean, eloquent pitch uncovering the clients needs and demonstrating features and benefits. Your meetings will be either virtual or face to face and you will have total autonomy. This will suite an entrepreneurial sales professional that has the drive to earn 100k+ quickly and turbo charge their career with Partner / equity / scale up opportunities available immediately. With profits being re-invested into the business the incoming Business Development Manager will be able to recruit a sales team as the company grows.
