Plant Manager - Chemical

MUST HAVE

• Chemical Manufacturing Experience
• Chemical Engineering Degree or Mechanical Engineering Degree

Full relocation package.

Salary up to $195,000 plus a 15% annual bonus.

• Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering as a minimum requirement.
• Experience of at least 10 years in a related industrial field, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
• It is preferred that you have previous management experience in a union environment;
• Experience with PSM is strongly preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of ISO, QS, and MI procedures is essential

• It is essential that you possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Requires a high level of accuracy and detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (verbally as well as in writing).
• The ability to operate Microsoft Office and other PC applications with high proficiency.
• A strong leadership and supervisory skill set.
• Competences in facilitation
• A thorough understanding of SAP, sales and operations planning processes is required.
