Job Description

Controls Engineer profile:

  • Determine design parameters by interpreting the customer's requirements.Design and program industrial control systems based on engineering principles.
  • Maintained all safety objectives and legal requirements for all work completed.Providing technical support to customers.
  • Profile of background:Proficiency with MS Office, Allen Bradley RSLogix 500, Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000, Siemens Step7 Professional, Siemens TIA Portal, and AutoCADProgramming of Fanuc robots. An advantage is having experience with ABBExperience with Vison (Cognex, Keyence, Banner) is a plus,Microsoft Visual Basic Studio is a plusStrong knowledge of industrial control and electrical system design.Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects. Self-starter.A minimum of five years of experience in a related industrial field.Citizens of the United States must apply.An Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or a similar degree).Installation and startup of projects require travel. The position is located north of Fort Wayne. Excellent work culture. It is essential that the candidate is a United States citizen and able to commute.
