Salary and Benefits

22k 28k (dependant on experience), with an annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary and a Share Option Scheme package. We also offer various other supportive benefits, including private healthcare and 34 days holiday allowance.

About the Role

Indicatura is a specialised consultancy that delivers improved value to clients from planned investments in new and existing physical assets. To facilitate our expansion as a business, we are currently seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to join our Business Support Team.

The Business Support Team ensures the smooth running of the business. As the business support administrator, you will be providing key support to the Business Support Team, Senior Management and our busy Consulting Team and play a critical role in the effective delivery of the business. You will be dealing with all aspects of financial and general business administration, including:

  • - Financial administration including invoice production, expenses reconciliation, timesheet management and reconciliation of supplier invoices and purchase orders

  • - Support the production of financial and operational reports

  • - Project administration including ensuring that internal systems are kept up to date with client, financial and project information

  • - General business administration including the drafting and formatting of documents, systems administration and general folder and file management

  • - Support HR with the onboarding of new team members, document management and staff administration such as holiday and sick leave management

  • - Manage incoming enquiries through phone, email and social media

What are we looking for in a candidate?

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and accountability, be able to effectively self-manage, with a strong attention to detail. With a good basic education and experience of financial and general business administration, you will effectively manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team dynamic, although independently manage your output.

  • - Good general education with minimum GCSE C or equivalent in English and Maths.

  • - Personable and professional manner

  • - Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise

  • - High level of competency with MS Office, particularly Excel and Word

  • - Experience in an administrative, HR or similar setting (1 year)

  • - Experience in financial administration

  • - Conscientious, with strong attention to detail

  • - A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • - UK Citizen (passport holder) and minimum 5 years of continuous residency in the UK

Further desired, but non-essential, qualities:

  • - Educated to degree level

  • - Accounting experience or qualification

  • - Basic knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software

  • - Experience of human resource management

  • - Experience of marketing

  • - Full UK driving licence
