Treasury Supervisor

Responsibilities
• Ensure bank account management in line with QR bank mandate design, timely updating and deletion of mandate holders along with maintenance of master data
• Maintain operational cash desks, credit card custodians with timely replenishment accounting and reporting
• Verify cash payments to ensure proper and correct payments and accounting in books
• Prepare daily/monthly cash-flow analysis to ensure availability of sufficient funds for all payments from different banks on a daily basis. Liaise with various teams within QR as required.
• Forward all payment documents to banks received from other finance staff for payments.
• Conduct bank reconciliations on a monthly basis and associated follow-ups with different teams within QR.
