• Supervise and Participate in Lounge (Front of House and Food & Beverage) operations as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) relevant to HIA Lounges.
• Conduct team meetings and discuss issued face by colleagues in Front of House and Food & Beverage, try to find immediate solutions and report the same to the Line Manager
• Communicate effectively with all areas of the operation and ensure visual appearance of the operational is of the highest standard by regular monitoring. Ensure all team members are appropriately groomed and maintain highest level of hygiene when on duty, report and deviation to the set grooming and standards regulation to the line manager/ grooming officer on duty and initiate corrective action.
• Maintain restaurant inventory, food rotation, menu consistency and beverage commission guidelines and ensure all team members are following food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards and procedures for a safe lounge operation.
