Job Description
- Make recommendations for improvements to quality control procedures.
- Document problems and produce reports on quality control issues.
- Carry out daily inspections on the premises to ensure all safety standards are adhered to.
- Lead and direct sanitation team and ensure they are following strict safety standards.
- Provide support and investigation when clients raise complaints about food quality-related matters.
