DESCRIPTION

The hardworking Administrative assistant that we are looking for will be responsible to support our business manager and ensure everything is flowing in the right direction. We are looking for someone with strong reporting and administrative skills able to perform tasks related to organization and take the day-to-day company work to the next level.

Your role as the digital HR manager will include the following responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence

  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents

  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, and cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Organization

  • Problem Solving

  • Detail oriented

  • Time management

  • Great verbal and written communication skills

  • Adaptability

HARD SKILLS:

  • MS office (word, excel & powerpoint)

  • Google Drive ( Sheet, Doc, Meet, Calendar)

  • Jira

  • Hubspot

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required

  • 0-1 year of administrative assistant experience

  • Proficiency in English (French is a plus)
