DESCRIPTION: The unique HR manager candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the administrative functions of our business. The HR manager will be crucial to oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff process; consulting with the executives on strategic planning, and being a connection between the company management and our other employees.

Your role as the digital HR manager will include the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the recruitment process, the candidate evaluation, and hiring;

  • Assess training needs for employees to apply and monitor training programs;

  • Ensure the recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that the appropriate procedure

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management.

  • Recommend and maintain an effective organizational structure and staffing level to accomplish the company's goals

  • MS Office

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field;

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the role of a human resource

  • Proficiency in English (French is a plus)
