Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Performing special projects as assigned
  • Compiling and sorting data for computer entry; establishing entry priorities
  • Handling highly sensitive information
  • Continuing operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
  • Processing customer and account source documents by reviewing information and identifying issues
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Providing assistance with data entry and other administrative tasks
  • Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • High school diploma or comparable degree
  • Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Microsoft Excel experience
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word
  • Data entry experience
  • Data entry speed over 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy



Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a content creator
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with working with various computer systems and databases.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
  • No experience required, but prior experience in data entry or related fields is a plus.
