Hospital in Vermont is hiring to fill a permanent full-time position for a Mental Health Technician.

Position Start Date: April 24, 2023

• Days | 7:00am-7:00pm | 12-hour day shift
• Salary Range: $19.06/hour (minimum)
• Night Shift Differential 7PM to 7:30 AM $4.25 per hour worked

• Weekend Shift Differential Fri 10:30 PM to Monday 7:30 AM $3.00 per hour worked

• Sign-On Bonus - $1000 Day Shift/$2,000 Night Shift

Behavioral Health Tech:

Behavioral Health Techs at the Brattleboro Retreat help meet the needs of children, adolescents and adults who have been hospitalized for mental health and addiction issues. For example, Behavioral Health Techs will:

• provide direct supervision and patient support.
• engage patients in therapeutic activities.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Psych/Behavioral Health Experience - Required
• Experience working with child and adolescent populations - Required
• CPI - please confirm they are willing to obtain onsite if they don't already have this certification. - Required
• COVID vaccination and Booster - Required

• BLS
• CPI
