Job Description
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
All local standards like SBC, Aramco, Neom, Marafiq, RC, Health care
Related international standards like NFPA, Building Codes,
Aware of all local Authorities approval processes like SECO, NWC, Urban development, Municipality, Baladi
Able to absorb client requirement and match with local codes and
Scheduling the project and monitor the project is on track
Able to review the design
Able to coordinate among all engineering
