We are seeking a skilled and experienced Predictive Analytics Specialist to join our The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive models to forecast trends and behavior for various business use As a Predictive Analytics Specialist, you will be utilizing your expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning to identify insights and opportunities to improve business
- Develop and implement predictive models for various business use cases, such as customer retention, sales forecasting, and fraud
- Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources to build high-quality datasets for
- Utilize statistical analysis, machine learning, and other modeling techniques to identify patterns and trends in
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into analytical
- Monitor the performance of the models and continuously make improvements as
- Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and data

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data
- At least 1 years of experience in predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or related
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling tools such as R, Python, or
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL or
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical
