- Market research: Conduct market research to gather information about consumer behavior, market trends, and competitors to inform marketing
- Marketing strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to reach target audiences, increase brand awareness and drive
- Digital marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Brand management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, including creating and implementing branding strategies, managing brand messaging and
- Advertising: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, including media planning, placement and budget
- Public relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to promote the brand and
- Campaign planning and management: Plan, execute and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure they meet business
- Budget management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum
- Analytics and reporting: Analyze and interpret marketing data, including consumer behavior, campaign performance, and ROI to inform marketing
- Team management: Lead and manage marketing teams, delegate tasks, and provide guidance and support to achieve marketing
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy and
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior and market data to make informed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with clients effectively, team members and
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks and motivate team
- Experience in creating and executing marketing plans and strategies, including digital marketing, advertising, branding and public
- Knowledge of market research methods and the ability to gather, analyze and interpret data to inform marketing
- Familiarity with marketing technologies, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, marketing automation software and data analysis
- Ability to think creatively and outside the box, with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies that drive business
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
