About the Role:

SoftLabs is seeking multiple roles for Active Cyber Defence Management System (ACDMS), ICT Labour hire at their technology consulting based in

• 1 x Systems Development Management DLMG (SFIA Level 5)
  

• 1 x Systems Design DESN (SFIA Level 5)
  

• 1 X Solution Architecture ARCH (SFIA Level 5)
  

• 1 x Project Manager PRMG (SFIA Level 5)
  

Responsibilities:

• Taking strategic guidance and leading stakeholder engagement across departmentto define and plan the
  

• Establishing the relevant governance structures and working groups required to bring the requisite stakeholders
  

• Documenting an acquisition strategy and drafting the relevant supporting procurement
  

• Producing supporting project
  

Essential Criteria:

• Collectively the team must have demonstrated experience in supporting a complex technical project and/or a Defence major acquisition and must have demonstrated experience with Cyber Security and/or Cyberspace ;
  

• Collectively the team must have the ability to define, document and carry out projects or reviews, including being able to understand and discuss technical capability and technology ;
  

• Collectively the team must have the ability to perform capability and requirements analysis, detailing the current state and determining capability needs to reach the future/intended ;
  

• Collectively the team must have the ability to work with stakeholders to capture needs across the technical, process and resource ;
  

• Collectively the team must have the ability to prepare reports including the presentation of findings and proposed solutions and have a high-level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite products including:
  

• The Project Manager PRMG (SFIA Level 5)-Demonstrated experience as a SFIA Level 5 PRMG
  

• The Systems Development Management DLMG (SFIA Level 5)-Demonstrated experience as a SFIA Level 5 DLMG
  

• The Solution Architecture ARCH (SFIA Level 5) -Demonstrated experience as a SFIA Level 5 ARCH
  

• The Systems Design DESN (SFIA Level 5)-Demonstrated experience as a SFIA Level 5 DESN
  
  

Desirable Criteria:

• Familiarity with departmentand/or Signals Intelligence will be highly regarde
