The successful candidates will be required to work cohesively and communicate effectively across ACD Branch to ensure the requirements across the different sections, and the broader ASD community, are accurately captured and considered throughout the

Responsibilities:

• The preparation, presentation, and delivery of a single ACD Gaps and Opportunities Final
  
• The preparation of progress updates, presentations, talking points, meeting administration, record keeping may be
  
• Liaising with broader ASD Project Boards to ensure ACD Branch requirements are appropriately captured and addressed in system concept and development stages
  
• Engaging with existing ASD capability management teams to ensure alignment and de-confliction
  

Essential Criteria:

• Ability to define, document and carry out projects or reviews, including being able to understand and discuss technical capability and technology
  
• Ability to perform gap analysis, detailing the current state and determining capability needs to reach the future/intended
  
• Ability to work with stakeholders to capture needs across the technical, process and resource
  
• Ability to prepare reports including the presentation of findings and proposed
  
• High-level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite products including:
  

Word: styles, formatting,

Excel: referential formulae, financial planning, and actuals

PowerPoint: professional slide decks for Executive briefings, master layout

Project: schedule maintenance and

Desirable Criteria:

• Qualifications in the Business Architecture specialist domain (, TOGAF, CBA, )
  
• Demonstrated experience in supporting a technical project and/or
  
• Familiarity with ASD and/or Defensive Cyberspace
