Essential Criteria:
- Proven Track as a Technical Business Analyst (6 years + experience)
- Proven ability in applying analytical skills in order to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and provide constructive input into the development of appropriate technical solutions through to acceptance testing, training and implementation activities and ensuring the successful delivery of overall business and technology solutions
- Experience in the Agile BA skillset: Work breakdown, MVP, Epic > Feature > Story creation; Estimate techniques (, Fibonacci, T-shirt); Story boarding; 3 Amigos; user personas; wireframes/sketches;
- Proven ability to lead consultation with internal and external stakeholders to elicit user and business
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team with excellent organizational
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous working experience in grants management
- Knowledge of Grants Management processes and concepts
