Working Knowledge: Attending queries on inbound calls, PNR creation & Itinerary Coordinating directly with agents and reverting to Emails on their flight Should have knowledge of making reservations, fare calculation, Ticketing on Galileo Amadeus and Experience: Minimum 0 - 4 Year of experience in ticketing and Call HR :-
Fresher Candidates can also apply if they are interested to make a career in this Educational Qualification: (10+2) or Equivalent and Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, and any other regional Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills and Physically Fit Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills
