BUSINESS TITLE:Process Engineer

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Months contract

Job Description:

.

Design / redesign critical internal business processes within a large enterprise based on stakeholder interviews and available documentation

.

Interpret policies, standards, procedures, and compliance requirements and translate into process steps

.

Document process steps clearly calling out dependent inputs, generated outputs, actions, actors, controls, decision points

.

Design metrics for measuring process efficiency and adherence to against process controls

.

Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers

Requirements

Requirements:

.

5+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent

.

Service design or journey mapping experience

.

Six Sigma knowledge, COBIT knowledge is a plus

.

Understanding of SDLC and IT controls to ensure adherence

.

Ability to independently manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies with little or no supervision

.

Experience with Agile mindset and execution methodologies

.

Excellent communication skills (English level CI and above) and writing skills
