Reporting to the GM of Estoras, the General Manager (GM) for Motor Gear Trader is a key member of Estoras Group senior leadership The GM is charged with developing and growing Motor Gear Trader; building strong, industry experienced teams, and driving evolution of the Motor Gear Trader platform in both our clients deployments and the ;

Position Responsibilities:

• Prepare Motor Gear Trader for launch
  
• Prepare Motor Gear Traderfor possible IPO
  
• Manage theday to daycompany operations
  
• Manage the design and deployment of the initial beta platform
  
• Make personnel decisions regarding hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline and termination of staff in accordance withEstorasGroup policies
  
• Monitor and manage operational costs, budgets and forecasts
  
• Responsible for the overall operations of the company, with particular focus on Customer Satisfaction, company resources retention and managing customer relationships at all levels
  
• Implement cost savings and management, in order to ensure the highest level of profitability
  
• Establish and implement operational plans and reports
  
• Monitor and implement approved strategies to drive the performance of the company
  
• Ensure organization is running smoothly and efficiently in accordance with company business development plans and objectives
  
• Understand the challenges faced by customers and develop and deliver unique business strategies to help address ;
  
• Manage and deliver Motor Gear Traderprojects on budget, on time, and on ;
  
• Prepare project documentation: Project Plans, Status Reports, Change Requests, Resource Requests, ;
  
• Manage all project related ;
  
• Effectively interact with all levels of client management
