Job Description
We are currently hiring for a multinational renewable energy organization that is undergoing rapid growth following recent investment from a blue-chip energy and infrastructure It aims to help facilitate the energy transition demands of the UK and other international territories by funding, developing and operating large-scale solar and battery energy storage
Our clients team comprises of individuals with a proven track record in both infrastructure investment and the renewable As the team expands, we seek an experienced Lead Software Developer to help build a technology development team and to manage and deliver the continuing evolution of our enterprise systems and suite of tools
Responsibilities
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand the business requirements and help translate these into technical specifications and scoping documents
- Designing, building, configuring and maintaining our Dynamics365 Project Operations environment and integrating third party applications and data sources such as GIS systems and financial platforms
- Responsible for a project development team using agile product development methodology to deliver product packages on time and to scope, ensuring rigorous development, testing, documentation and UAT processes
- Working with a UI/X developer and Creative Manager to design and plan an intuitive and consistent user experience across all products
- Writing testable, scalable and efficient code and leading code reviews
- Mentoring team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven success as a technical team leader, with at least 2years experiencein scoping, developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Cloud solutions including Dynamics configuration, custom assembly development, integration code, and data migration
- Proven experience with M365 governance and data protection services including Information Protection and DLP
- Experience in developing reporting and business intelligence tools using as a minimum PowerBI, Report Builder, Dynamics reporting and dashboarding
- Excellent code review and quality assurance skills as well as experience with source control management systems, deployments and integrations
- 5+years experienceof .NET Framework and C# development and working with SQL server solutions
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET, JavaScript, HTML Design, Canvas or Model Driven frameworks
- Understanding of , , Windows Communication and Workflow Foundation
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Teams environments
- Microsoft Dynamics developer certification preferred
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- A flexible team player with excellent communication skills
