About the position
A as Payroll Analyst You will be in responsibilityof the correct elaboration of the companys payroll, including payroll verification tasks such as payroll receipts, follow-up of internal controls, and attention to workers in relation to payroll.
Requirements
For this position you need to have experience in the following:
- Bachelor in accounting, administration o
- Knowledge in
- 2+ years experience in
- 2+ years experience use CONTPAQi (Accounting, Payrolly banking)
- Preferable that you have experience working in a form or serving several
- Ability to multitask and meet various
- Conversational
- Availability to work on site at Ensenada, Baja ;
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in QuickBooks
Responsibilities
If you get accepted your day-to-day activities and responsibilities would look like:
- Maintain general ledgers
- Review invoices and billing
- Prepare financial reporting
- Comply with federal, state and local fiscal fillings
- Verification of attendance, hours worked and salary adjustments of the designed systems
- Biweekly payroll calculation, Payroll Stamping
- Sending payroll receipts
- Follow-up and implementation of applicable applications in payroll
