Responsibilities:

• Experienced, Controls Tech needed to troubleshoot & repair Troubleshoot problems and issues with control system equipment. Follows lockout/tag out procedures to shut down equipment according to OSHA requirements and company safety rules, working with Project Manager when setting up new projects.

• Manage Customer Accounts, making sure customers are happy and satisfied, requesting referrals, providing excellent customer service.

• Makes repairs to the control system, replaces parts, correct wiring issues, fix programming issues, write control programs for systems, for automation systems manufactured by ALC, Alerton, Delta, Distech, Reliable, Computrol, JCI, Siemens, Trane

• open automation systems.

• connect products and device-to-enterprise applications. Provides the critical device connectivity, cyber security, control, data management, device management and user capabilities needed to extract value and insight from real-time operational data.

• Perform routine maintenance on control systems. Posts and keeps up with his or her paperwork and work orders. Posts records of safety checks and inspection dates of assigned equipment.

• Run wire for communication/and or power or low voltage wiring & pulling for Traces in Mechanical Rooms, Ceiling, or other spacing as needed.

• Schedule & coordinate project proposals and contracts to ensure accurate and on time and through Reading blueprints & schematics

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with HVAC/R Controls Systems,

• Operate software for control systems Tridium & Niagara
  open automation systems open automation, and make corrections and commission devices.

• Will be required to program control systems and controllers

• Clear or Correctable vision to read instruction, diagrams

• Able to work independently or as part of a team to troubleshoot and maintain & repair various types Controls Systems, computer hardware, software & networking

• Preferred previous work experience with building automation systems, i.e., those

• manufactured by ALC, Alerton, Delta, Distech, Reliable, Computrol, JCI, Siemens, Trane, must have experience with Tridium.

• Boiler Operator and refrigeration license preferred
