Job Description
Open Position: Senior Network Engineer (MNC IT Service Provider)
An MNC IT Service Provider is looking for Senior Network Engineer to join their team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 Technical Network Support to regional clients
- Good experience in network troubleshooting, monitor, and analysis by using network managements tools and
- Strong experience in Telco technology and Layer 2Having IT certifications CCNP is a
- Minimum 5 years relevant working ;Must have working experience with SDH, DWDM and IP networking
- Continuously drive service improvement and optimise resources to deliver the best possible value to the customers
- Coordinate resolution of complex issues that involve multiple technical resources as well as facilitating customer communications during service interruptions or outages
- Team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills
