As our Senior iOS Developer, you will constantly refine and enhance one of Vimcar's key customer interfaces, which is used by over 50,000 customers every You will work together with a small team of highly skilled and collaborative mobile developers to build new features and take care of the existing

Tasks

• You will be working on a product that makes a positive difference in people's lives, helping them manage their car fleet and business mobility operations more efficiently
• You work together with the other team members of the iOS team to constantly improve the core logic of our applications, and collaborate in defining the architecture of features while keeping our applications future proof
• In collaboration with a cross-functional team of designers and product managers, you'll take part in the ongoing improvement of our products
• You work alongside our Android developers, and support each other to maximize the potential of our product
• You will be regularly involved in sessions where you get to learn, share your knowledge, and participate in code reviews

THE TECH STACK:

• We use Swift as our main development language, but parts of our codebase are still maintained in Objective-C
• We actively make use of new technologies like SwiftUI, Combine and Async/Await
• Remote data is being fetched via a REST API using JSON
• We use Cocoapods for Dependency Management
• Bitrise is being used for our CI / CD pipeline

Requirements

• Recurring experience in iOS development with high proficiency in Swift
• Technical knowledge of the iOS environment and its system design pattern
• You have worked with complex applications, and have the ability to keep the bigger picture in mind
• You see the value of cross-functional collaboration and know that success is a team effort
• You know how to guide technical discussions, and share your knowledge with the team
• You can clearly and concisely express yourself, and can adjust your communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
