In almost 4 years we have built a passionate team of 800+ people, all on the same mission to democratize coaching to employees at all levels and with recent Series C backing from Softbank, Sofina Come and join one of the fastest growing start-ups and make your mark!We are looking for a new team member for our ANZ Sales As Mid Market Account Executive at CoachHub you will play a key role in our growth in the Australian and New Zealand market and as brand ambassador you will represent our mission of professional coaching for

  • You are one of the faces of CoachHub in the market with overall responsibility for opening up new customer relationships and convincing HR buyers to partner with us
  • You are a "hunter" who is confident in developing your own leads in your assigned sales territory (and also taking over the customers acquired by the Sales Development Representative) and engage in end to end consultative selling
  • You constantly network the C-suite HR, L & D decision makers and engage them
  • You will support our clients as a consultant and maintain constant contact with them to provide value and nurture relationships
  • You develop long-term customer relationships and build up a trusting and efficient cooperation
  • You take part with the team in conferences & events to strengthen your network and represent our company professionally
  • You work closely with other GTM functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Development Representatives & Behavioral Science
  • You support the optimization of processes, content and success reporting

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are someone with 7+ years experience within Sales, and have experience in managing and closing complex deals of over 100k
  • You love to work at speed, and enjoy the challenges of high
  • A personal approach, with the ability to tell a story as well sell with
  • You are a solution seller and can engage in consultative selling (well versed in various sales methodologies)
  • You have experience selling to C-Suite HR or L & D stakeholders
  • You convince through your professional and self-confident appearance as well as through your engaging communication skills
  • You stand out due to your exceptionally high motivation and enthusiasm
  • You distinguish yourself through your solution orientation and your independent work style
  • Able to demonstrate a methodology to prospect and build pipeline on your own
  • You are experienced in selling a SaaS platform, and experience within the HR Tech
  • You are based within ANZ
  • You bring a willingness to travel (up to 20%)
