Job Description
- Work one on one with brides and their bridal parties to find their perfect style including wedding gown, bridesmaids, and accessories and create a positive and welcoming experience for all customers
- Drive store and personal sales by suggesting items to meet customer needs
- Build relationships with brides via consistent communication throughout the entire life of the event
- Participate and assist with organizing in-store events, bridal shows and promotions
- Organize and create content for social media channels and assist in the creation and implementation of monthly content
- Schedule posts on specific key account s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, ).
- Answer the phone, schedule appointments and respond to customer inquiries on social media platforms
- Maintain Store Cleanliness
- Other Duties as assigned
Eligible for bonus after 90 days
Requirements
1+ Customer Service Experience
Interest in Fashion and Bridal
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
