Tasks
- Planning, implementation and documentation of quality assurance measures in the product and process development phase, especially when products are relocated
- Coordination and participation in the creation of quality plans (ETQP) according to the APQP method
- Implementation and evaluation of the qualification plans in the release process (PPAP)
- Cause analysis as part of complaint management and initiation of suitable error remedial measures
- Interface for forwarding the results from the series observation (field data and returns) to the internal processes
- Creation of quality reports for internal and external communication
- Carrying out internal audits and process analyzes for improvement
Requirements
- Completed studies in the field of electrical engineering/electronics/mechanical engineering/mechatronics or comparable or technical training with many years of professional experience
- Training in quality management (QMF, QMB or comparable) would be desirable
- Initial experience in the aerospace and/or automotive industry
- Experience in project and risk management as well as in the application of problem solving techniques (8D, PDCA, )
- Ideally experience in electronics manufacturing
- Safe handling of MS Office applications, CAQ software and tools as well as ERP software
- Independent and responsible working style
- Distinct customer orientation, enthusiasm and communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
