Job description:
Assisting Manager / Product Manager for making strategies and campaigns
Taking market feedback on various campaigns and compiling information and preparing a report of
Monitor campaigns for sales
Follow up to field staff related to sales format and marketing campaigns
Responsible for new product launching in different
Joint fieldwork with the field staff to develop the territories and to understand the market dynamics and demand, identifying market opportunities for brand
Handling Doctor Interaction/ CMEs
Train, motivate and guide the field force to ensure the continuous growth of the
Sending regular motivational circulars to the field staff & business
Coordinate with the Distribution department for allocation of
