Job Description
OB-GYN Physician - $250k to $300k Plus $60k+ In Bonuses
Port Saint Lucie, FL
We are seeking a full-time OB-GYN Physician to join andhelp support growth in our practice in Port Saint Lucie, ;
- 75% GYN / 25% OB
- 1 to 2 deliveries per month
- 4 days per week at the primary office location in Port Lucie
- 1 call day per week at hospital in Pierce
- 1/4 call
- 24 hour Laborists take 1st Call; MDs take 2nd call (very minimal)
- 2 midwives and full support staff
OB-GYN Physician Compensation & Benefits
-$250k to $300k base salary (based on experience)
-$30k sign on bonus plus guaranteed $30k bonus at end of one year, totalling $60k in bonuses in year 1
- Additional production bonuses can be earned
- Partnership option available after 3 years
-Full medical benefits
- 401k with 3% match after 9 months and 3% profit sharing
-4 Weeks PTO (negotiable depending on experience)
-CME stipend
- Licensing fee assistance and$150 per month cell phone stipend
- Relocation assistance available
OB-GYN Physician Requirements
- Board certified
- New grads are welcome
- Active medical license in the state of Florida or willing to obtain
