Requirements

- Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program or equivalent

- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through governing body, National Board Surgical Technologists (NBST), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT); or obtained within 12 months of hire

- Community standard

- BLS Certification required at time of hire - NMHC Standard

- ACLS

- Previous operating room experience preferred

- Customer service skills
