Your position in our team

• Accompany customers from the conclusion of the contract and initially support them during onboarding
• Provide long-term and comprehensive advice to our customers on all matters relating to factoring
• Optimize processes and take responsibility for ensuring that customer service remains of the highest quality
• Ensure that customers feel they are in good hands and see you as a competent contact person

Your profile

• Preferably a completed commercial vocational training, ideally as an office clerk or equivalent
• Affinity for numbers and experience in customer communication via telephone or e-mail in German and English - both C-Level
• Initial experience with ticket systems and familiarity with the MS Office package
• Hands-on mentality
• Teamwork, customer orientation and conscientiousness
