Urgent requirement ofSAP RTR (FICO) Lead - Permanent - Sydney
Requirements
- Demonstrate end-to-end business process knowledge in Record to Report processes
- Expert level knowledge in SAP FI CO modules covering SAP Financial General Ledger, Intercompany Accounting, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Asset Accounting, Material Ledger, Manufacturing Variance and integration with Supply Chain and Order to Cash functionality and processes
- Expert level knowledge in SAP Controlling including Product Costing, CO-PCA, CO-CCA, COPA and integration with materials management
- Must have at least one implementation experience in SAP S/4HANA
- Working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4HANA based Finance structures is an absolute requirement
- Good working knowledge of SAP SAC and other cloud offerings and integration to S/4HANA will be an advantage
- Hands on exposure on Data Cleansing and Conversion related activities
- Cut-Over activities identification and execution along with Go-live and Post Go-Live Support
- Expert level knowledge in integration with other SAP functions
- Must have Finance & Accounting background with expertise
- Should be proficient in conversation on wide ranging Finance and Accounting topics with Finance Controllers and, users and senior management C level leaders
- Should have working experience in project estimation, project planning, staffing
- Minimum of 10 years of SAP experience including 7+ years hands on SAP FI/CO configuration and implementation plus 4-5 years supervisory experience
- Very Good Communication Skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead business requirements workshops with customer to design and roll out S/4HANA solution for Finance & Controlling area
- Strong knowledge and experience in consolidation solutions will be an advantage
- Design global template based on the best practices
- Prepare blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc
- Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops and support facilitation of workshops, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience
- Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions and validate fit/gap analysis and design decisions completed by less experienced team members; ensure deviations from out of the box functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition
- Own overall inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW)
- Provide strong functional understanding of S/4HANA
- Understand the evolving SAP roadmap for S/4HANA and provide advice to customers on the S/4HANA adoption journey
