What you ll get to do

AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL

• Create a database from various offline and online sources to boost sales and business development activities
• Gather and record data on customers, competitors, and general market conditions
• Research of planned buildings, construction projects and potential customers
• Develop and maintain a partner network
• Make telephone calls to architects, planners, builders, and authorities
• Evaluate various sources for construction information (internet, events, daily newspapers, newsletter, data bases )

WHO YOU ARE

• You already have experience as a Researcher or in a similar position
• You are interested in the construction and real estate industry in the whole SEE region
• Knowledge of construction processes is desirable but not a pre-condition
• You have excellent spoken and written skills in Croatian and Business English
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills and enjoy speaking on phone
• You have excellent skills in MS Office
• You have experience with CRM systems
