Job Description
This is a remote
- Perform a post-guest inspection - reporting any damage or lost items
- Provide a turnover cleaning - preparing the home for incoming guests
- Remake beds and wash laundry
- Restock supplies and guest amenities
- Complete cleaning checklist
- Upload cleaning verification to management portal
- Finish with a final staging check - making sure each home is in guest-ready condition
- Clean residential houses, Airbnb, Vacation rental homes, and staged homes
- Clean kitchen, living room, dining room, dusting, mopping, sweeping, laundry, and restocking
- Do an assessment prior to cleaning to set the client's expectation
- Must work independently and work smart
Requirements
- Prior house cleaning experience preferred (1+ year/s)
- Bonus points for vacation rental cleaning experience
- Can pass a background check
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Detail oriented
- Reliable and dependable
- Motivated and hardworking
- Positive attitude
