Job Role:

Working within the Global Brand Communications team, the purpose of the job is to support in the delivery of the global PR and communication strategy to help increase awareness and recognition of Collinson s expertise, as well as that of Priority Pass, with key target audiences, primarily in the travel and financial services We also help to protect the company s reputation through arising issues and

Reporting to the Senior Global PR & Communications Manager, you will be a key point of contact for our regional marketing teams, as well as our global PR agency, collaborating on the planning, delivery and reporting of global campaigns and always-on content/activity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the global brand communications team in their day-to-day work
  • Support the development of global content, including press releases, social posts & interview responses
  • Help to maintain a library of developed content & perspectives
  • Support the end-to-end process of blog content production from key senior spokespeople
  • Support the implementation of media relations strategies & monthly PR activity
  • Maintain the global content & team content calendars
  • Manage the delivery of a weekly team update email, liaising across the team to source updates
  • Manage monthly team reporting, liaising across the team as required
  • Day-to-day management of media monitoring
  • Help to maintain the global spokespeople matrix
  • Support with reputation management: issues and crisis handling and monitoring
  • Support regions with new media enquiries across trade and national media both print and online
  • Keep the team SharePoint page and other internal resources up to date with relevant team information
  • Provide budget and reporting admin support


Knowledge, skills, and experience required:

  • Degree-level qualification or another equivalent accreditation
  • A passion for PR and/or marketing communications
  • Some PR or marketing communications experience a nice to have, but not essential
  • Strong writing, editing and spoken communication skills
  • Strong organisational and desk researching skills
