As an Technical support Advisor, you will offer first-class Tech support to clients - After sales for several brands in terms of domestic appliances .
Responsibilities
- Responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
- Ability to assist users with after-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email (as assigned)
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Respond to inbound customer requests, document relevant case information
Your Profile
- For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is a plus
- Good upselling skills and capacity to engage with customers by providing a warm and cordial atmosphere with every contact
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Native or Proficient (C2) Dutch and fluent English (minimum level B2)
