Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Leading and organizing team activitities, team activities, being on top of project delivery, delegating work, and managing capacity
  
• Assess the technical feasibility of business
  
• Be the primary point of contact for the client and the delivery team
  
• Evaluate and develop solutions for scalability, performance, and
  
• Seek out and build relationships with key stakeholders
  
• Design and implement solutions together with your team and provide demonstrations to clients
  
• Be aware of and make use of Roboyo s architectural principles, models, patterns, and perspective in order to develop solutions independently for our
  
• Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business agility in terms of predictability, reliability, and adaptability
  
• Liaise with client technical and business teams as needed during the design, implementation, testing, and release phases
  
• Supervise, mentor, and develop other employees on application and implementation methodologies
  
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in yourself and the team in order to aid the continual improvement of our delivery services
  
• Proactively seek out opportunities to cross-sell other product lines/services and account expansion Automation and LEAN, Advisory, Automation Engineering (RPA, IDP, Conversational AI, BPM), Process & Task Mining, Managed Services or Converge)

Requirements

Experience and skills that you can use at Roboyo:

• University or equivalent degree ( or ) in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, or related technical field
  
• At least 3 years of experience in hand s on application development in the Appian BPM suite / Mendix and application-level architecting, designing, and development activities, with a good understanding of Appian/Mendix architectural principles, models, patterns, and perspective in order to develop solutions independently
  
• Fluency in Portuguese and English - additional language skills are a plus
  
• Experience in programming IT solutions, preferably with .NET, C#, VBA, or Java
  
• Relevant experience working with Appian or Mendix
  
• Appian Lead Developer / Mendix Expert Credential is a big plus
  
• Experience with other automation technologies (RPA, IDP, Conversational AI, ) is of great advantage
  
• Experience in Service Design Methodology, UX/CX principles, and Product Owner role is advantageous
  
• Good communication skills and social competence for strong customer relationships
  
• Understanding company processes, with experience in process consulting, is advantageous
  
• Willingness and ability to travel to client site
