RESPONSIBILITIES

- Report to the Plant Manager, the Quality Leader will be tasked with achieving the production objectives and optimizing
efficiency and

- Maintain SQF Food Packaging Manufacturing standards according to govern

- Maintain quality and SQF training

- Approve and verify quality specifications and machine centerlines for production

- Schedule and maintains calibration frequencies and records for production

- Conduct audits and perform continuous improvement

- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive

- Develop work instructions and document and train production

- Maintain waste streams and disposal according to EPA

- Uphold Environmental Permits including Air, Water, and

- Optimize efficiencies and drive efforts to reduce waste and downtime and increase production availability

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Chemistry preferred)

- Three (3) or more years of manufacturing

- Experience in Quality Management

- Prior SAP experience needed

- Client focused mentality with strong interpersonal skills (innovative, resourceful, sense of initiative, able to make decisions)
