Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing commercial and legal contracts, domestic as well as international, - related to pharma (including injectables)/nutra industry such as Confidentiality Agreements, Supply Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Contract Manufacturing Agreements, Loan Licence Agreements, Development Agreements, Profit share agreements, other complex ; for regulated markets as well as ROW: Service agreements, Clinical trial agreements
  • Closely working with business development teams and related internal stakeholders Submitting periodic reports on contracts, timely submissions of monthly MIS reports .
  • Providing legal support for contract management
  • Independently handling the contracts till finalisation
  • Legal software updation, operation, report generation from the

The candidate must be well versed with The Indian Contract Act, 1872


Additional information: Prior experience in pharma/nutra industry handling contract management is ; Candidate with prior experience in handling contract management software is Should be well versed in MS Word & MS
