WHAT DO YOU DO:

  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments/trends about Talent Innovation per the post covid /new
  • Develop long-term relationships with C Level
  • Work closely with teams across the Talent Innovation (Contract & Fulltime Staffing, Employer Branding, Performance Management) to identify/qualify opportunities and demo solutions to growing
  • Participate in networking activities, user groups meetings and develop relationships with decision
  • Develop and deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the execution of service
  • Build and mentor a Sales



Requirements

  • Are local to Hyderabad, India and comfortable working from our Hyderabad office
  • Have 10+ years of successful sales in IT Solutions (Staffing/recruiting, Employer Branding, Employee Performance solutions).
  • Have proven relationship and people management skills with high level of
  • Have Marketing Automation expertise using a combination of Video, Email, Phone, Text
  • A "player-coach," who will be able to lead a sales team while also closing deals for multiple accounts by themselves
  • Prospect large enterprise companies, manage sales opportunities, present solutions, provide product demonstration and close sales
  • Build a repeatable sales motion
  • Have Sales expertise with prospecting, appointment setting, Applicant Tracking ;
