Open Position: Legal Counsel (MNC Tech Company)
An MNC Tech Company is currently hiring Legal Counsel to join them in their Kuala Lumpur
Key responsibilities include:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Law or
Drafting, reviewing, negotiating documentation transactions, and advising various contracts related to corporate
Supporting legal and regulatory risks of the Companys business operations in all aspects and safeguarding the companys legitimate business rights to pursue strategic
Providing guidelines to the Company to ensure compliance with regulations, laws and
Preferably at least 7 10 years working experience in legal
Highly organized, meticulous and have excellent critical
