The Physical Therapist is responsible for the ethical, cost effective management, delivery, documentation, and outcomes of professional physical therapy services to patients in accordance with an established physical plan of care and in compliance with all applicable licensure/certification requirements, professional physical therapy acts, federal, state and agency policies and

- Hourly rate range: $ to $ Per Hour
- $10,000 sign on bonus

Requirements
- Bachelor s, Master s or Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy - Required
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Examiners or a Graduate PT eligible for Oklahoma licensure or Physical Therapy student in the final semester of graduate school - Required
- BLS - Required
- Oklahoma license
